Parties
These Terms of Service govern the rights and obligations between Zeynep Şanlı ("Service Provider") and you ("Client"). Contact: hello@lirisanat.com, İstanbul, Turkey.
Services
The Service Provider offers the following services: (1) Music production (mixing and mastering), (2) Private instruction (piano lessons and music theory lessons). All services are described in detail on the website.
Orders
Service requests are made via email or contact form. An order is confirmed when both parties agree in writing (email counts) on scope, timeline, and price.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed upon per project. Invoicing follows Turkish tax regulations. Advance payment may be required for projects.
Delivery
Audio files are delivered digitally. Delivery timelines are communicated per project. Revision rounds are provided as specified in the agreed scope.
Right of Withdrawal (Important)
Under Turkey's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract for distance sales.
However, for digital content services where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply (Regulation Art. 15/ğ). Workshop enrollment and lessons that have begun are also subject to this exception.
The client must be informed of this before purchase.
Intellectual Property
Mixing and mastering: The client retains all rights to their original recordings. Zeynep Şanlı retains the right to credit her work. Lesson materials created by Zeynep remain her intellectual property.
Cancellation
Private Lessons: A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Mixing/Mastering: Cancellation terms are specified in the project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Liability of both parties is limited to the total amount of the service fee paid.
Disputes
Any disputes are subject to consumer protection arbitration boards (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) and the courts of İstanbul within the limits established for consumer protection.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The most current version is always available at lirisanat.com/legal/terms.
